There is a parking space with video surveillance, convenient location in the city center. The only thing was there was no kitchen, but the administration said it would be launched by spring. At the moment, the hotel has increased its star rating compared to what it was a few years ago. The rooms have pretty decent beds, even I would say comfortable, the bed is great, white, pleasant. The rooms have everything you need. I would also like to mention the dining room on the ground floor - there is a fairly diverse menu, and any of the dishes are delicious! I was especially pleased with the "Hangover breakfast" - I recommend it to everyone who will stay at this hotel!!! After this breakfast, a positive charge and energy for the whole day. And I want to mention a nice girl - the Receptionist - the waiter - the cashier of the canteen, I really didn't remember the name. In general, it's not a bad hotel.

A cheap hotel. But a clean room with 2 double beds. By the way, the mattress is normal, clean bed linen. However, instead of a duvet cover there was a sheet and a plaid. Clean towels (small and large). True, the small towel was torn, but clean. 2 sets of towels, but slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste in 1 copy. Apparently it was necessary to take turns using the air conditioner worked well. But we slept with the window open. It was cool. It's 23 degrees celsius at night. There was no noise of cars, the morning was calm. The hotel is at the police station. The plumbing is clean. In general, for 13 thousand tenge for the night is the best thing.

The reason is our 2-hour delay. Moreover, the administrator said that clients should call back and warn about the delay. It is impossible to do this, because there is no connection on the highway. I don't recall such an attitude anywhere else.

The window of the courtyard facade of the hotel overlooks the garbage dump. They say first one cost, then it turns out to be a big cost. There are washed blankets in spools on the beds.
