I travelled from Narva to Tallin on 13/12/2025, local departure time 07:45-08:0, by bus carrying plate number 727CSL. There was a horrible female driver who was rather rude, unfriendly, not helpful at all, and even shouted when an question was asked about the departure time. Very unprofessional. On the contrary, the prior bus driver who drove from Saint-Petersburg to the Estonian border, was very friendly, and way more helpful.

I traveled on the Tallinn-St. Petersburg route on 09/18/25 (departure at 00.40). The bus was comfortable, clean, and arrived on time. Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to the driver Andrey, who with patience and attention explained to all passengers the procedure for crossing the border, as well as gave advice (where to change money, go to the toilet, etc.) and provided assistance. There were queues at the border from 4 to 7-8 in the morning. It was cold, so I advise you to prepare well. The procedure itself at the checkpoint was quick - experienced people said they were lucky. It is important for everyone to learn that, according to the latest regulations, it is prohibited to transport when crossing two borders (euros only in coins up to € 5). The exchange rate at the border is predatory. Next, a bus was waiting for us in Russia. The bus is good. The driver waited for everyone and was polite. The estimated time of arrival at the final stop in St. Petersburg was 10 a.m. (may vary depending on the situation at the border) - we arrived at 11 a.m. Given the degree of discomfort and stress when passing the border itself (outside the buses), I believe that the company and drivers have done a lot to ease the situation for passengers.
