We have been ordering lunch delivery to the office for the 4th year, almost every day. I really like the food: the menu is new every day, 6-7 only hot to choose from (at least 1 vegetarian) + there is everything else! And almost everything is delicious. The soups are gorgeous, thick that "costs a spoon", like my mom's :) Plus, it comes out a little cheaper than in the dining room in our building.
By the way, it is very convenient to order through their website to offices - on the page for regular customers, everyone fills in their line and then picks up containers with its number; no need to look for "what did I choose for lunch yesterday ...?")
The staff are all friendly, from the director to the couriers, and are ready to meet any questions. We have never encountered any rudeness or non-fulfillment of obligations.
I highly recommend the delivery. And we will continue to order food at Baluk.

The kitchen is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. Our company had a New Year's corporate party two years ago, which we decided to celebrate in Baluk, which we greatly regretted. We remember the taste of Risotto for a long time: grass is grass. We also remember the sliced cabbage with carrots, beautifully smeared on a plate. The day after the corporate party, we were surprised to learn that our colleagues, who were sitting closer to the administration, had stuffed chickens, fish, and other dishes on the tables that did not reach our part of the table at all. My colleagues and I indignantly discussed the fact that we left the holiday hungry. We had a question: "How could we serve a feast so that with one menu, there were many ordered dishes on one part of the table, and on the other part there were only sausage cuts and vegetables?" Since then, we have not set foot in Baluk for the holidays. We do not recommend it...

We ordered lunches from them to the office for 50 people for regional meetings. Already 2 times. Before that, we used the Garage. We decided to try it because at that moment the Garage did not take us out of town and it was 2 times cheaper. The result is Very satisfied! Both we and the staff!! Really delicious, homemade food! No cafe, but it sucks! Cold snacks and compotes are so cold, as if they were taken out of the freezer...The second dishes are fried on the old bitter rast.oil."Branded" potato pancakes are always half-cooked with meat of questionable quality. Not only is the food of terrible quality, they also love to cheat! They won't give you a book of complaints and suggestions on pain of death!
