My son walks with great pleasure. The tutors are excellent, and the owners are super, with whom everything can always be negotiated. What I like: there are no stairs in the kindergarten - everything is on the 1st floor and there is a lot of light.

My child is 1.5 years old, and recently there was an incident in which he scratched other children. The caregivers immediately stated that the child was aggressive, and suggested contacting a specialist without trying to figure out the situation. The specialist we contacted did not find any problems in the child's behavior.
We requested a video recording of the incident to better understand what happened, but more than three weeks have passed, and the video has still not been provided, referring to the head office. And now they don't answer the question at all, has the video been sent yet?This attitude raises serious doubts about the transparency and responsibility of this institution.
Additionally, I would like to note that the garden is extremely negligent about children's personal belongings. We always have our own diapers for the child, but one day he was put on diapers from another company that did not suit him. As a result, the child began to have terrible dermatitis. The staff doesn't even know whose things belong to whom! This is unacceptable, especially when it comes to the health and hygiene of children.
If it is important to you that your child is safe and receives proper attention, I recommend that you think seriously before sending him to this kindergarten
