Good location: closed area, quiet, the beach is 5 minutes away, bus stop, shops are also nearby. Our room was quite spacious, with its own table and chairs, a separate dressing room, which is very convenient! I would especially like to mention the bathroom - large and comfortable, just a rarity for guest houses. Clean bed linen, towels, comfortable mattresses. Adequate pleasant hosts. Of the minuses: 1) the Internet (wi-fi) worked very poorly for the first 3 days, it was often absent at all - at least in our room on the 1st floor, which created a problem, because I needed it for work. Then the tea guests moved out, began to work normally. Maybe not enough when fully loaded. 2) Cleaning was announced on the site 1 time in 3 days. In fact, until they wrote to the administrator on the 4th day, no one thought to clean up, as a result, they cleaned up only on the 5th day. 3) Breakfast is very monotonous: porridge + tea, cheesecakes + tea, pancakes + tea. However, when they talked to the hostess, she began to add bread, cheese and butter. Of course, being in Abkhazia, I would like to eat local fine cheese, not processed...... In general, I recommend it for rest!

I really liked the hotel! The breakfasts are varied, the spacious well-groomed territory, the terrace, the wonderful location of the hotel is a quiet place, the sea is nearby, you do not need to cross the road. The center of Sukhum is 10 minutes away by car. The hosts are very friendly and good people! Clean and cozy room, room cleaning, towel change, good Internet, Parking for cars. There is a shop, a canteen, a public transport stop within walking distance. For five years - the best mini-hotel in Abkhazia! We will definitely come again!

Clean, cozy rooms with snow-white linen, hospitable hosts, well-groomed landscaped territory with a park, there is an equipped kitchen where you can cook, a washing machine. It is a 3-minute walk to the sea, there is a mountain river nearby, so the sea is clean, but not cold, a sandy beach, a 15-minute walk there is a cafe where they cook delicious food (if you do not want to cook yourself). There is a shop in 5 minutes where you can buy everything you need. I liked everything very much!
