Gastronomic oasis in the heart of Tashkent: BAMBOO Dimsum restaurant review
Recently, I was lucky enough to visit the BAMBOO Dimsum Chinese restaurant, comfortably located in one of the business centers of Tashkent. A special atmosphere is given to the place by the pedestrian street on which it is located. This corner literally breathes life — many establishments located nearby create a unique charm, turning the street into a gastronomic promenade.
The restaurant itself welcomes guests with a cozy atmosphere: the interior design is made in warm green and brown tones, which adds comfort and disposes to a leisurely rest. It is easy to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine.
The BAMBOO Dimsum menu pleasantly surprises with its variety. Unlike its "brother", the Bamboo Noodle House restaurant, the emphasis here is on a wider range of Chinese dishes, many of which conquer not only with taste, but also with presentation. Each of the delicacies I tried was aesthetically impeccable and deliciously delicious.

I studied in China, and I love Chinese cuisine very much, and it is the institution that is currently one of the best Chinese restaurants in Tashkent, the menu is very compact, very carefully compiled and those dishes that people like our contingent are selected. For me, it's perfect, sometimes fish dishes don't taste the same as always and are different, once it's very tasty and then not so much, no matter how much the fish itself is equally tasty and gets in size, sometimes it's very small, sometimes the fish is carp and there is a lot of black fish meat inside. I ordered several dishes, it came out to 500,000 soums. They started to eat and almost choked! Everything is so vile , it 's just terrible ! It feels like the dish was just mixed with sweet soy sauce and served. Rice with sea products is just disgusting. No spices, no salty, lean dishes with sweet soy sauce and that's it! It's not worth the money. Honestly, I won't eat it for free!

The kitchen is good, I order delivery from time to time. Therefore, I put an asterisk for the kitchen. But there is simply no service. More precisely, it does not exist at all. Many waiters are out of shape. And it's not clear if it's a waiter or a passerby from the street. They take orders and immediately forget about you. I wanted to celebrate my birthday at this restaurant. We came to check the price. Now I know for sure that I will not do this and I do not advise anyone. About an hour after ordering, you need to get up and look for a waiter in the hall to find out if we will eat here or not. And there were practically no guests in the hall. And there are always few visitors there. When the dish is brought, you will have to ask for a long time to bring the cutlery and napkins. The guests sitting at the next table canceled the order and left. They said they brought half of what they ordered and apparently the waiter decided that they had enough and just forgot about the rest.
I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone, because you will not be able to relax there. Tips are included in the check and it was a pity to pay them. Because they didn't deserve a tip.

Do you like exotic things? Is something not standard? Then this way. There is a piece of China in the very center of the city. I would say a premium piece. There are dishes of a different format, the atmosphere itself, the dishes, and the price tag. If Bamboo Noodle House is a simpler format, then there is already a restaurant here))) Beautiful atmosphere and decent presentation. I liked it very much. The dishes are unusual.
