We booked and paid for this hotel in advance. On the site it is possible to stay with animals. We are traveling with a dog. We were not checked in, the money was not returned (( We had to look for and pay for another hotel. If you are traveling with pets, choose another hotel. You are not expected here (( The money for five nights was not returned to us
