This is our first visit to the city of Minsk. It is very sad that the impression of the city was overshadowed by a visit to this institution. After a long tour of the city, we went to this place for dinner. A company of four people. The order was accepted and within 40 minutes we were not served a single dish, explaining this situation by the fact that a very important guest came to them and since there are only two chefs in the kitchen, they physically cannot cope with our order. It was extremely unpleasant. As a result, we left an hour later with nothing. This is the first time we have encountered such a situation. Don't step on our rake and avoid this place.
