We met 2025 in this hotel - we took one-night accommodation in a villa on the water from 31.12.24 to 01.01.2025. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service! To get from Doha to the island, you need to arrive at the port of Al Shyoukh Terminal - this is a separate "terminal" for those who sail to the island, a 15-minute transfer on a closed boat with WiFi and water / dates is included in the accommodation on the island, you do not need to book/pay for anything separately. You show your reservation in the terminal, wait in the cozy waiting area for a call to the table, where they issue boat tickets according to your passports and collect your luggage. While waiting, they offer water and smoothies. Boats leave every hour, you can sail to the island in advance before checking into the room) On the island itself, those arriving by boat are greeted with music and allowed to wash their hands with a rose hydrolat. Check-in is quick, they are taken to the villa on an open bag, it was warm in the villa on December 31, although it was cloudy. And the most pleasant moment: the private pool was very warm - we swam both day and night. As a gift for check-in, they brought non-alcoholic champagne, a basket of fruit, cookies, nuts, a box of dates - everything was delicious. Immediately upon check-in, they create a chat with you in whatsapp, where only you and 10 people of the staff write all your questions / wishlist there and they help you promptly. We only had breakfast included - it takes place in one of the small restaurants, there is a sufficient choice of food and everything is delicious/high-quality. We had a New Year's dinner - the staff was as attentive as possible, when we left the dinner, one of the chefs congratulated us in Russian on the upcoming NG In general, I would like to note that

The receptionist hit me, and I was horrified by the service. I stood in line for 2 hours, my legs hurt and started to swell.. There was rancid water in the pool in the Villa, they refused to return even part of the money, the vacation was ruined. The rotten water on my face caused an infection, and infernal acne appeared. I've never seen such horror before. We paid 1,700 dollars (6350 Qatari rials) for that terrible night.
