The gathering was scheduled for 5:00, departure at 5:30, the guides appeared only by 6:30. Then they spent an hour figuring out why there were more passengers than seats on the bus, it turned out that they sold more tickets than they should. They kicked everyone off the bus and launched them in groups, respectively, there were already other people in the places that we previously occupied. Of course, all the passengers started swearing because of this.
Then the guide slept all the way, said just a couple of texts. The microphone was not working and it was not clear what was being said.
They marked one time when we had to come to the bus at each location, in fact we waited for another hour and a half, although we could still walk.
Separately, I would like to note that there were 5 of us and a guide came up to us for payment. We paid 50% of the reservation earlier, which she said herself. A friend had the money, the second part, she came up to him and already demanded full payment again, since the friend did not know about the reservation, he paid the tour again. As a result, when she was told about this, she replied that she had been told about the full payment and that the manager was not responding to her. Strangely, when I wrote to the manager, he immediately replied to me, as a result, they were able to withdraw their money in this way.
5 locations were promised, in fact 4, when the guide was asked about this, he replied: "check with the manager, I do not know"
The driver does not comply with traffic rules, drove very fast, overtook cars on solid, etc.

Do not book excursions here, because you can arrive at your destination, but you will be told that the tour has been canceled! A spoiled day and impressions of Kazakhstan only because of the most disgusting attitude of the tour operator!
