A very racist and unfriendly woman at the desk , she refused to exchange even though her working hours are not finished yet plus its a high price to exchange from dollars

Сотрудница банка непонятно себя ведет, я спрашивал есть ли перевод через система юнистрим, ей надо было позвонить чтобы уточнить есть или нет))) а ещё для перевода просила паспорт, миграционная карта, регистрация и не поверите, но ещё просила трудовой договор, конечно тд не было с собой и она отказался от обслуживания услуги без трудового договора, по соседству есть Форабанк, там сделали как всегда перевод, конечно без каких либо трудовых договоров, больше не буду пользоваться услугами вашего банка, из за таких сотрудников!!!
