In general, a good bank, but customer orientation suffers. The app works so-so. It is problematic to withdraw an amount from an ATM, there is always no money there. It feels like everything is being disassembled in the morning and / or the ATM is not being refilled. It is not realistic to order money by calling the manager. The managers themselves, consultants, and technical support communicate with you as if you were flawed. No, they are not openly rude, but they show by all their behavior that you are a little behind in development. And most importantly, such questions are asked - why did you come to the cashier, and not withdraw money through an ATM, and where is your card, and why do I withdraw it like that. If everything worked fine, would I go to the cashier? Dear bank, I'm sorry, but what do you care how and what I do with my money? Banking that does not work normally. Probably you need to change the phone (the first question of technical support is what model do you have and when you updated it) or something else, for example, the servicing bank can be changed, is outdated. The review is given for the service of legal entities. A reliable bank, but these barriers are so tiring. Convenience, speed, and intuitively dealing with all this is very difficult. Addition - I went to withdraw money from the cash register and you know what? A single cash register for both legal entities and individuals. Well, you can understand everything, but for one Eureka, 10 physicists. The question is, what is the advantage of servicing a legal entity in your excellent bank? I add a review in connection with all the same for feedback. To my surprise, they began to control the amount of money in the ATM. At least there have been no problems with the removal lately. There was also a situation when the ATM stopped working during replenishment and the amount to be replenished did not appear in the banking. I give it my due, the bank solved the problem within a day. For this, I boldly put 3 stars. In terms of servicing legal entities, there will be changes for the better, I will add a review. I am supplementing the review on 02.10.2024. In general, I wanted to issue a credit card, which I was refused, it is clear that due to the financial burden on existing loans. I believe that AI will defeat humanity not by the existence of machines, but by the lack of a living mind and humanity. As a borrower, I have an excellent level of confirmed income, all loans that were and are repaid much ahead of schedule (I repeat by a lot), i.e. the credit line is clean as a baby's tear. At the same time, I am served in this bank as an individual and a legal entity. And now I'm thinking very seriously about changing the bank. Yes, it is clear that in others it may not be better. But the aversion to BCC is growing more and more. Interruptions in work with ATMs have been and remain, just the other day the work of all ATMs in the country fell. But the big man from Kanesh's central office is more visible. And yes, it is clear that the bank is not interested when the borrower repays the loan, not just on time, but ahead of time. They lose their divergences
