Очень хорошие простые работники, но очень плохие управляющие!
Простой работник помог до кументы для визы сделать, со всем разобрался.
Далее нужно было говорит с менеджером, он видя что иностранец махнул рукой. Сказал какой-то там номер и ничего не сделал за 1 час.

They squeezed out 2 apartments from my sister when she took out a mortgage from this bank. What was paid for 2 years, the bank did not return. The apartment that was put in the additional deposit was also not returned..

A good Bank branch. The staff is responsive and competent. I applied, they helped me. It's not like that everywhere nowadays. I highly recommend it. There are usually not so many people.
