There are always huge queues at the checkout. Here are three sketches from my experience:
1. Arrived at 17:10, took a turn. The queue was almost up to 18 o'clock, the cash register was closed right in front of me.
2. I came on Friday evening. There were no cash dollars in the cash register.

Когда есть с чем сравнить , начинаю скучать по былым временам . Я заметил , что я просто попал в 2000г , но на новый манер ))) Сюда надо приходить с палаткой. Очередь не двигается вообще . Программа слетает и обнуляется и все заново. В чем проблема поставить на одного сотрудника больше ? 4 часа провёл в очереди за иин))

05.10.2022 были у нее на приеме. Сотрудница не имеет никакого опыта в обслуживании и не компетентна в решении вопросов. Мы простояли два часа в очереди, подошли к сотруднице, просидели с ней полчаса и в конце услышали «не могу у меня не получается» при этом не попросив ни у кого из коллег помощи и не пытаясь как-то решить проблему. Просто отправила заново занимать очередь. Пока мы не начали ругаться и сами искать кого-то что бы помогли ей с нашим вопросом, но в итоге как оказалось она и с подсказкой коллеги неправильно оформила заявку и нам пришлось в другой день приходить в банк и проходить все сначала, и к счастью нам попался компетентный сотрудник. Прошу администрацию банка принять меры.

Очень долгое обслуживание! Система живой очереди 🤦 ругань и перегон по менеджерам, нет ресепшна для получения консультации! Заходишь и кречишь вопрос, пробиваясь к стайке таких же!
