The worst bank in Kazakhstan. They can block the card or application at any time and ask you to go to the central branch of the bank, which may be located more than 200 km from the place of residence. This is considered normal for them. I advise you never to contact this bank or this branch.

The department itself seems to be a bit from the 00s, but the staff is incredibly responsive. As many were among the emigrants of the giant wave. Customer service I do not know how it happens, I have not been to the bank. But the car parking is terribly small, there is nowhere to park the car.
