I have come across many banks in my life, but this bank is simply "unique"!! I don't want to say anything bad about the bank's employees, but about the bank's cards, which cannot perform even a small proportion of payments and transfers, especially calculations on the Internet. And also, to get through to a bank specialist, you need to be patient, because they can answer in an hour, and if you order a callback, then in a couple of days, as was the case in my case. Why is there such a specialist sitting who cannot solve the issue, they constantly ask you to wait, switch to ask someone, and then they give you information. Put ATMs in the city!!!! One ATM near the bank itself, and the one that gives out money at a minimum of 50 rubles!!! And if you need to withdraw 20 or 40 rubles!?

The bank differs from others in that pensioners can withdraw money from a Dabrabyt bank card at an ATM of any bank without restrictions. The bank positions itself as a home bank. I transferred the pension provision to another bank, because I need new sensations - other banks provided their clients with a welcome cash bonus.
