Employees do not give all the information, I wasted my time to go to the back of the brokerage account, it turned out that the card is free only of a certain type. And the usual one is in any case for 30,000 tenge. I just wasted my time, why the employee was sent to another branch to open a brokerage account, without explaining all the details.
