I was in charge of a loan position. We agreed with the manager in Ekibastuz that the payment is half and in a month the other half. She called the head office and said that it was possible and that nothing else was considered for the remaining amount, in the end she went to pay, and they counted 3810 tenge in addition to my amount. For what? Why aren't you responsible for your words? Why are you lying?
