But when I signed the loan documents, I was obliged to use the "PERSONAL ASSISTANT" service. Cost 500 rubles. As the specialist said, the loan is not issued without it. THAT IT IS MANDATORY!!! As a result, it turned out that this service is voluntary!!! Almost 3 months ago, I contacted the "personal assistant" hotline to terminate the contract with them and returned all the money, where they replied that they would call me back. No one called back.Today I applied again, but there the specialists hang up the phone and as they said, they are not doing this. As a result, a loan was issued with this service, which also drips interest. That's the service in this department. And what about the decree of A.G. Lukashenko? If they don't call back tomorrow, I will write to the NBRB!
