They gave me dirty dollars in this bank, which I couldn't change abroad later. I had to change it in Gomel and then with a commission. As a result, I also paid extra to change it. Why sell people such low-quality, dirty money??? Why put it back into circulation??? You are experts and you allow such rudeness towards people. Definitely not a step into this bank anymore.
