Закрывали кредит в этом отделении. Битых полтора часа коллективный разум сотрудников данного учреждения пытался ответить на 2 простых вопроса по закрытию и страхованию. Ответили, но с трудом. Позже оказалось, что неправильно. Настоящие профессионалы. Проходите мимо.
