A good, decent bank. There is a public transport stop nearby. You can get a TURTLE installment card. 4 stars because the room itself is very small inside, there are very few places to sit down, sometimes you need to stand outside while other customers are being serviced at the bank. If you are on a car, then there is almost never any free space to park the car

So-so service, nothing to do with the Russian branches of VTB. Giving the client access to the WiFi network turned out to be an impossible task for the employees of the operating room, or it is a myth about Belarusian friendliness and responsiveness. Everyone remained indifferent, one of them tried to help, but to no avail. ATMs are working fine, people are not.I recommend that this department (completely) learn from the experience of Russians in terms of customer orientation.I visited this institution on 12/28.23 at 10.00.1 🌟 to an employee - she tried to take part in my problem, 1 ⭐️ to an ATM . The management of this department is kindly requested to respond to this review.
