In 2019, I received two Turtle installment cards from VTB Bank (Belarus) in Brest. I have received more than seven refusals to my requests for loan debt restructuring. I'm already confused about counting. The advantage of the bank is that it does not spare paper and time of specialists for correspondence with clients, although it gives, as I believe, unjustified refusals. Due to the appeals, my overdrafts were immediately closed. Now I can't use Turtles as installment cards. I have a second disability group, the cost of an apartment is 85 rubles.
I do not advise you to apply to this bank for a loan!!! He can take the last of your property from you through bailiffs if you are unable to repay loans on time. I have already received such threats. In February 2022, I had to repay 330 Belarusian rubles of debt on two installment cards. Since this bank does not make any concessions, I complained about it to the National Bank. In the reply, it was written that VTB Bank had provided me with the opportunity to restructure my debt several times, but this was not the case. Cynical lies! This loan situation has really bothered me. I wish I had never applied to this bank. And I don't advise you either. Share the information with your family and friends. I think this bank is acting in bad faith towards me. It can do the same to you.
Now I have a very difficult financial situation, I haven't even had bread for weeks. Because there is no money for it at all. And this is despite the fact that VTB (Belarus) provided me with a deferral on credit cards of the installment plan "Turtle". I have applied several times for a loan for dental prosthetics. In fact, this request was not considered. I asked to reduce the load on current loans in order to get a new one, but they did not go to the meeting. I also can't get loans from other banks, because the loan load already exceeds 50 percent. I advise you not to take out loans at all, especially in VTB bank (Belarus) — this is bondage, I advise you not to turn into a slave.
P.S. The last time I applied to the bank to reduce my credit burden, but I was only given a deferral of the principal debt for three months, the amounts to be paid will be large, if you don't pay anything at all. I was also recently denied an overdraft to a Turtle installment card, my third in a row. I need to replace seven teeth, but I do not know, firstly, the exact amount, because there is no money for a 3D image, and I also need to remove the root of the tooth, because it is inflamed. I have applied to this bank for sponsorship free of charge, the issue will be considered.

And so I, already with money in my hands, return to the same VTB bank and analyze that there is no announcement anywhere in the bank that the cards of other banks are not serviced by them. When I saw the administrator again, I asked the question: "Where is the announcement in your bank that the cards of other banks are not serviced?" Maybe I just didn't see him?! To which the answer was received: "We do not have such an announcement." I asked to call the administration, but it was not in place. The girl called somewhere and didn't find anyone at all (it's in the bank! 10 a.m.!) Then I told them to prepare a book of comments for me, and unfortunately the same administration has it, which is not in place. The administrator did not ask me to go to the cashier using my previous ticket, I took a new one. After standing in the next queue to pay for services, the administrator begins to show me that, nevertheless, there is an announcement at the cash desks (!) that they do not work with cards from other banks. Going into the first vacant cash register, somewhere at the level of the abdomen, away from the payment window, in small print, she shows me some kind of list of something there... Attention! Upon entering the cashier of any bank, the client must immediately read all the information on the stands (in small print in particular), and then decide whether it is possible for him to make a payment or not. Imagine that these are elderly or disabled people!
When we left the cash register, I no longer asked for the book of "good deeds", I just demanded. Imagine that! She was immediately found! But the administration of the bank has not been found! She's lost! Or maybe it doesn't exist?!
