When I entered the cashier, I saw that there were 2 cashiers sitting there, one of whom was doing nothing, although he could have sat at the second cashier. But it was closed. By the way, half of these 70 people left without waiting for their turn. Apparently, the branch's management doesn't care that the bank is losing customers, so that's how they work.

We applied online, the loan was approved, we applied to the bank for receiving and signing a loan agreement, to which the employee said, if you applied online, then sign it yourself. They called the office.the center, where they consulted and said that it was possible to sign at the department, arrived again, started shouting and refused to sign.

Yes, the queues are incredible. There is only one ticket office, which is a shame for a city like Baranovichi. I've been to other branches, there's less room, there's a lot of people, too, but the queue is moving so fast, and there's something wrong with this bank. And judging by the reviews, there are many of us who have been sitting for a very long time) I definitely do not recommend it.
