There are only three such wonderful places in Almaty for Russians with a MIR card, and all three are VTB ATMs. You can withdraw cash in Tenge. However, when you arrive in the evening, the lock at the door does not work immediately, I spent 15 times to turn on the stable green indicator.

For Russian tourists, the ATM accepts the Mir card, which is good. I immediately withdrew cash in tenge from the card at the normal exchange rate. The ATM doesn't seem to be around the clock.
