I visited this bank branch today in order to close my card. I arrived at 18:00, took a ticket, and was surprised to find that the hall was crowded with customers. I stayed until 6:45 p.m., but I didn't wait for my turn. Considering that the branch is open until 19:00, it became obvious that they would not have time to serve me. The result is wasted time. The organization of work is especially disappointing: when there are many jobs, only two employees serve — one at the checkout, the other in the hall. And this is during the evening rush hour, when most customers return from work and expect to resolve their banking issues. I believe that management should show more respect to their customers. Basic customer orientation is not a privilege, but the norm. I hope that such situations will be noticed and corrected, because customer trust is the foundation of any bank's reputation.
