They cheat with currency!!!! A moldy bill was slipped in. I immediately checked at the bank across the street because I had already encountered this. I returned 10 minutes later to change it, but they don't accept it back. I've been arguing with the management for a very long time, but it's all useless. This bill is not accepted in other banks. You can just throw away $100.

I took out a loan. I saw the interest rates and calculated how much I would give. But it was necessary. Not about that. They imposed: a turtle, a TV doctor (200 rubles, - they didn't say about it), radarmi(40), insurance .... Something else for 200 rubles. Sign here, here, here... Don't hold up the queue, etc. It seems like additional services to the loan (and it is not necessary to issue them), but the fact that it is paid and the short term of the opportunity to at least use it was not emphasized. Well done, they earn money for themselves perfectly. But I still have a residue. And this is a normal bank.
