Это банкомат. Не отделение банка. Прямо напротив входной двери поставили, пока снимаешь деньги постоянно дует тебе в спину и вообще проходной двор ((((

Для получения карты пошли в ближайшее отделение ВТБ. Нас обслуживала Майорова Кристина. Девушка очень доходчиво объяснила всё, помогла с приложением и открытием семейного аккаунта. Большое спасибо!

Враньё, написано на сайте - работает до 20:00 а офис закрыт, к банкомату не пустили. Я инвалид 2й группы, мне такой *** вообще неприемлем. Буду переходить в другой банк.
