The inside of the bank building is spacious and often almost deserted. This is a plus)) The bank's employees are friendly and ready to help in solving even difficult issues. Except that the cashiers aren't very nice. I took off the star for feeling a certain neglect of the office. That's just asking for some kind of repair, or general cleaning. There are no complaints about the service itself. VTB suits me fine. I love them in the app)))

First, one person went to number 21, there was no 22, then the woman went to number 23. There was no one else in the room but us. Then 2 people came, the man took the 27th room and the shelves after the 23rd room. Then 24 was called, and a bank employee came who went back and forth, it turns out she was waiting to deal with personal issues during work. There was a woman sitting at the 2nd cash register who was barely working, slowing down and asking people for the same thing several times, although it was audible that they were responding to her.
