A small cozy hotel. It is located across the street from the sea. There is no private beach. Meals for 4. Breakfasts are meager, but for dinner they cooked very tasty and varied. Instant coffee is tasteless. From fruits - watermelons, apples, oranges. On the downside, the restaurant is very hot and stuffy, there is no air conditioning, and this is at a temperature of +35-37 in July. There are fans, but they don't do much good. In July, there were many Turks with children and Europeans among the vacationers. The staff is friendly. There is always parking near the hotel if you have rented a car.

September 19
We had a family vacation with a one-year-old child in September 2024.
Hotel. A wonderful boutique hotel designed more for Europeans and family Turks. There are a lot of Germans, Brits and there are families with young children under 1-1.5 years old. We arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m., they put on our bracelets and immediately sent us to breakfast. Check-in was at 14 o'clock. A cot was provided for the child. The restaurant has IKEA high chairs. also on the territory there is a small children's area with slides and ladders (literally 2x2 meters) for free, slot machines, air hockey, billiards for a fee. The territory is small, but well maintained, very clean, with trees and shrubs that are regularly watered. There is a restaurant, a bar, a water cooler (free of charge), an adult swimming pool and a paddling pool.
Cleaning. The staff works well, everything is cleaned immediately both on site and in the restaurant. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days with a change of towels, but if necessary, we asked the staff to pick up the garbage more often (with a small child it quickly accumulated), everything was kindly fulfilled.
Food.
The food is great! Lots of vegetables, mixed salads, stewed vegetables without liters of sauces and mayonnaise. Chicken, turkey, beef, once in 10 days there was white fish, every other day they give ice cream for dinner. The pastries are varied and delicious. Once every 2-3 days, hamburgers that you collect to your taste. Pasta, rice, bulgur, chickpeas, French fries and baked, grilled vegetables. From fruits — apples, watermelon, oranges. The juices from the vending machines are not delicious. The coffee from the vending machines is mediocre, but this is the case in most hotels. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, which can be used at any time. There are free and paid drinks at the bar. Gin and tonic, raki, wine are included for sure, I won't say about other alcohol. The breakfasts are not very diverse — eggs, omelets, pancakes, pastries with spinach, fresh croissants and bread, potatoes. Lunches and dinners are wonderful! There was no abundance of spices, sauces, food comfortable for the stomachs of both adults and a one-year-old child.
From entertainment. There is no animation in the hotel. Live music on Wednesday evenings, this band has conquered us! If you are traveling with children over a year old, they will be bored. The hotel is more designed for adults with a relaxing holiday without fuss. The staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful! Wonderful attitude towards children. No getting paid for help. There are tip boxes at the reception, bar and restaurant. You can leave it there if you wish.
The rooms are clean, the furniture is in good condition and well renovated. The bed linen and towels are clean, without holes. Yes, the walls are not exactly painted somewhere, but these are details. The air conditioner is working, it worked very comfortably. We turned it on all night with the baby, no one caught a cold. It takes 2-5 minutes to walk to the beach, maximum.
There is no private beach. There is a public beach nearby. You can lie on your towels for free. Or for a drink to relax on the beaches of restaurants (100 and above lira per drink on average). On the right along the embankment towards Icmeler there are stunning views, we recommend a walk. The sea is a little fresh, quite clean. The beaches are mediocre and dirty. Yachts began to sail close to the shore. Marmaris itself is a nice, charming area of the old town.
Of course, everything has become very expensive, but these are the realities now. We are happy with our stay and very satisfied with the hotel.

May 20
We are resting now, we arrived on the 15th. The hotel is occupied by 10-15 percent, well, as in almost all of Marmaris, which makes us very happy. We checked in 3 hours earlier without any problems. In short: the room is fresh and tidy (no slippers and bathrobes, only soap and shower gel in the bathroom). The safe is paid, there is only one name from the refrigerator. The TV shows only local channels and mostly political ones, there is not even music. For fans of watching something in the evening, take a flash drive / hard drive with kinchiki or a set-top box, since WI-FI is our honor, no problems with the cart, insta, YouTube, etc.(but again, this may be due to an empty hotel).
The staff is pleasant, some of them understand Russian. A good cleaning in a day or two, a change of towels and bed linen. The guests are mostly elderly British people.
The location of the hotel is excellent, the further away from the marina, the cleaner the beach and the sea. The sea is across the street, there is no beach of its own, which is one of the main disadvantages, no piece of beach, no sun loungers. Either pay for a shazlog or buy a drink, or lie side by side on a towel. The hotel does not issue beach towels.
Food for a solid four, without fan lights, but you won't get hungry, you haven't had anything in five days yet. Chicken, turkey, fish, salads, etc. Everything is delicious, but it is often too salty for our taste. Modest breakfasts, decent lunches, which does not happen often, and good dinners. Coffee from vending machines is terrible, Turkish coffee is paid, 50 lira. There's a problem with fruits, only apples and oranges. But this is rather out of season than saving money, friends are currently vacationing in Belek in a good four, the same situation is with fruits. Everything is standard for alcohol, good light draft, tolerable wine and strong, which are even reluctant to try. The bar is open until 23:00.
What's more, the weather is top, it's hot, while the mountain air is fresh and there is no stuffiness. Walking along the long embankment is a pleasure, everything is green, everything is blooming, there are at least a few people, only seals, beauty in general. The sea is 20-21gr, we are fine, our teeth are not chattering at least.
The tour was bought for 114k for two for a full 10 days with departure from Moscow Time. A couple of days before departure, the price dropped to 100k, in general, the ideal price for such a holiday and a hotel. This is not the first time in Marmaris. If there is anything else interesting, I will add it.
