Everything seems to be good and not bad, but as always there is a small BUT!!! Of the advantages: 1. Of course the staff. Responsive, understanding, even I would say like a best friend, which is good news.(they will help, prompt, wipe (if you ask culturally))). 2. The atmosphere. It's like being with the best of friends. Everyone greets, smiles, and generally understands everything. Of the cons, I can only mention one thing, there are tiles everywhere, in the steam room, washroom, washing room, it seems like it's good and convenient (to wash, clean), BUT it's very slippery in slippers!!! You can put at least some small walkways. Children, and I myself have slipped many times. P.S. In general, this is a kind, atmospheric place where my father took me with him and where I watched adults, listened to their conversations, and learned how to behave among men.
