I was in the bathhouse 11, on Nesterova 9 and I can safely say, the best bathhouse, super steam , spacious locker rooms, a good steam room, repairs have been made in the washing department, recently it is clear that the bathhouse has a good manager, listens to all fans of a good steam. 👌👌And so beautifully decorated for the new year, well, it's really nice. 🎅🎅Thank you very much to everyone who works there!❤️❤️🙏🙏

Great sauna! I really liked the "meetings in public baths" format! On Mondays, professional couples, experts and amateurs gather to share their experiences, as well as to steam each other well, and do relaxing SPA treatments! Thanks to the City baths and the management of bathhouse 11 for this format!

I came to this bathhouse after a break and was pleasantly surprised, the repairs were refreshed, repairs were made in the steam room, which was even more pleasant, the steam is beyond praise. We lifted the mood straight, a magnificent photo zone, lights are burning on the street, in the lobby. Thanks a lot to the staff and the manager. I wish there were more such workers.

For the first time and for the tenth time! There are few people on Saturday morning. It's a suite for 14.50. The steam room is not big, but cozy, there are places for "steelworkers" and those who love for a long time, but not hot. 5 hours flew by unnoticeably. I recommend it!

the best sauna in the city! Steam is what you need, a brick oven, a spacious steam room, for those who love the very essence of the bath, and not cosmetic repairs with electric drying stoves. There is also a shop with related products at the entrance, a bar where you can not only drink, but also eat. You can go outside during the session. The price is very pleasant. Visited for the first time is not far from home , of course , I counted on more people , and there are plenty of people in the locker room and the washing room and the steam room , well , as if it was a day off , it 's clear how the tile got into the last century , probably since the Soviet times three showers with such a crowd of people are not enough , there is always a queue after the steam room , I want to stand under a cold shower , but there is no queue of the steam room , of course a cool steam room is great but it's very dirty such a stream of people and the bath attendant doesn't move much to clean up and how if the steam room is always full next time I'll try to go in the middle of the week I'll appreciate it

I like the sauna, only people have been going there for many years. The administration has hired a new person to stand at the door, this woman literally scares people away. Tact, adequacy and polite attitude towards vacationers in the bathhouse, including subordination, are unknown concepts to her. She repeatedly got into a controversy with regular customers, after which people refused to go at all. I like this bathhouse, but the employee relationship is a complete mess. There are several people who come late and leave late, the last time she literally stood over her soul, and the fault is the ill-fated bus that arrives at 22 05. Dear Administration of the bathhouse, explain to your employee that customers are those who pay for leisure, and employees are the service staff. Minsk is not a deep village and buses arrive at the bus stop every 15 minutes. Give regular customers the opportunity to have a good rest, hardly anything will happen to the sauna if people go out at 22 02, instead of 22 00, and this is not a reason to come into conflict and spoil the impression of leisure. Rating 3 for the disgusting behavior of the staff.
