2 stars for a separate room in the spa complex. Terrible service, except for one kind-hearted man! The hammam was too fried, and it was ready after 1.5-2 hours after the start of the visit. The pool is even described as warm with filtration, but it was icy in the end! Communication, as the "bosses" told me, leaves much to be desired! Locker room, relaxation room, sauna, hammam, billiards (Russian, would like a regular pool), shower, ice pool. 2 stars for the fact that you can close the room and relax.
