The service at the hotel is top notch. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I was especially touched when, when my child got sick, they sent us a postcard and a soft toy as a support. Such small things are very important and create a feeling of care and comfort. In addition, small souvenirs were brought to us every day, which added to the atmosphere of comfort and joy. The food at the hotel was also excellent: the food was very tasty, and we constantly used the services of the room service. Overall, our stay at the Banyan Tree Hotel was unforgettable due to the combination of excellent service, beautiful nature and excellent cuisine. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for the perfect place to relax!

Great hotel. Super accommodation in individual private rooms of different categories. The breakfasts are also very good and correspond to the level of the hotel. The hotel is located in the best area on the peninsula, where you can walk outside the hotel and visit shops, restaurants, etc. There is a question about the beach, it is its remoteness and belonging to another hotel. But this disadvantage is compensated by the opportunity to stay in your villa in absolute privacy. The sunsets are gorgeous even in cloudy weather. I recommend.

I didn't like everything, there is no beach, the service is low, we paid 800 rubles., dinner on the menu - there are two or three dishes to choose from, most of which are spicy. You even have to pay for water at dinner, even though dinner itself is included. I have never seen such a bottom, when they even charge money for WATER. There is nothing to do in the hotel, the gym consists of one simulator, there is not a single shop or cafe within walking distance. It's better not to come here if you don't want to ruin your vacation.
