It's a very cool and delicious place. My family and I come here all the time for delicious coffee, sushi, wokies and doners. The staff is always friendly, even with a large workload, they always try to do everything as quickly as possible. I recommend it for everything 💯%

For two years, I dreamed of coming from another country to this cafe and eating my favorite ramen and rolls. I checked the prices on the website and in Yandex maps several times. I immediately told the waiter the order and did not even suspect that the prices on the menu in the cafe are much higher than on both sites. I didn't even think about telling the waiter about the unidentified object in the ramen, but apparently I had to. They didn't explain the reasons for the big price difference to me, the evening was ruined and I didn't even have enough money for travel anymore. I won't come again)

For a long time, I took sushi only from them, when their application appeared, I immediately installed it to participate in their bonus program. But... Apparently something went wrong with them. On June 1, I received a message that I had been awarded 20 points, which never came. On June 7, I contacted the call center with a question, where they told me that they had some kind of malfunction there and the points would come later. But I wanted to place an order on this particular day and use the points on this particular day, which was denied to me. And I consider this situation to be a deception and incompetent work of employees. Nevertheless, we made the order anyway, although not the applications anymore, but it would be better not to do it. The rice was clearly overcooked, and the rolls themselves were disgusting. In breadcrumbs, never before this evening had an edge been put into an order where there is no filling, little rice and a solid crust of breadcrumbs. Yesterday was the opening night and we got just such a roll. So yesterday's order was probably the last one.

It's a terrible place, I don't recommend it to anyone. The staff yells obscenities at the whole establishment, loudly tell each other that they have rotten products, do not pay attention to customers, are rude.
The food is not tasty, they gave it to me with such a face, as if I were an enemy of the people. The whole mood is ruined.

I was very upset that I called at 15:00 and asked the operator at what time it was better for me to call and place an order so that it would be ready by 18:00, she assured me that I needed to place an order earlier and we started to make out, I was told that since my order is for pickup, I will have a discount 15p when ordering from 70p, that they can be used to pay for products of their own production, which is presented in the menu side dishes, etc. but she did not explain this action does not apply to the order already made and it was just necessary to order more for this amount!
Upon arrival at the appointed time, my order was not ready yet, as a result, I picked it up at 18:18. In 3 hours we could not prepare the order on time.
The sushi was quite good, but the wasabi that I ordered 2 servings lay in a jar with a dried flower!

But a huge amount of pickles interrupts the whole taste.

An order for 2 sets with a total weight of 3 kg was lost. I got into a stalemate, my beloved women's holiday was almost ruined. The delivery was made on 1.03 on 8.03 from 12:00 to 12:30. After repeatedly contacting the delivery service, it was sent to wait until the evening. It's just not clear how I could explain this to my girls. I directly asked the staff for help, and they sent me to a meeting. The dry cleaning team completed my order in 30 minutes, and I spent about an hour talking with the delivery service to find out information about the location of my order.
I ask the management of the company to encourage the team of sushi chefs, professionals in their field who have preserved the reputation of their company in front of the client.

The rice is old and dried up, they probably tried to resuscitate it and poured vinegar abundantly. Fillings, even for the economy version, are absolutely scanty. At 21:40, when we were already very hungry and tired of waiting, we decided to dial and ask where the courier is, because we have already been waiting 4.5 hours. After the call, we were told that we had a delivery to 21 30 - 22 00 . We asked why it differs from the original one. They didn't give us an answer. The courier arrived at 21:50. 1m sushi and super cold pizza. After the wife opened the box. She noticed that one roll was missing. More precisely, a different view, not the one that is written on the site. After 20 minutes of calls with delivery. The delivery sent us and gave us the admin's number. To whom we wrote. After we sent the photo. The receptionist replied that everything was correct, they just didn't decorate them. And he offered one roll for free for the next order. SERIOUSLY!? SERIOUSLY!? ROLL FOR FREE!? After this nonsense. We tried sushi. And it was total hell. I've never eaten worse in my life. 1 the roll was just stupidly sour, as if some fruit with a sprat flavor had turned sour. 2 rolls with a cap of salmon and tuna tartare, it feels like these rolls were cooked a week ago, the rice dried up, and the tuna and salmon were sour. The withdrawal of 82 rubles was thrown to the wind. I hope this institution will close. If you decide to order, DO NOT, believe me, there are many better options.
