I went to Bao on a Saturday at noon and had high expectations based upon reviews from others. I'll just hit the highlights: - It took 20 minutes to get drinks. We received empty glasses after ten minutes, but the waters weren't brought until the 20 minute mark. I had ordered a beer as well, and it showed up after 25 minutes. - There was no shortage of waiters, but they were busy with other tasks and weren't interested in checking on customers. - An order of Udon noodles showed up after 35 minutes - An order of kids' chicken nuggets and fries took 40 minutes. Unacceptable; that's the easiest thing to cook/fry in the world. - I ordered the Bao sushi selection and it took 60 minutes to arrive. Everyone else had already eaten. I could have ordered a block of cream cheese and a side of rice and they would have been the same thing. Tasteless, overfilled with cream cheese, and certainly not worth the 14K tenge that was charged. This was the first time I have EVER IN MY LIFE left sushi on the plate (I left at least 10 pieces). If you decide to go to this place then avoid anything with cream cheese since they will stuff it so full of it that you might as well just go to the grocery store and eat it straight from a cream cheese tub. Afterwards I felt nearly ill and am absolutely not going here again since there are multiple better options in the city. - Service didn't exist. No checking on tables, long wait times, and as previously stated it took way too long to get drinks to the table. Ultimate fail and never going there again, this was a major disappointment.

We recently visited a very cozy place, and only positive impressions remained. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, the staff is attentive and friendly, everything is served quickly and with a smile. The dishes turned out to be fresh, tasty and beautifully decorated, it feels like they are being prepared with a soul. The prices are quite reasonable for such quality. It's a great place to come back to!

A great restaurant with friendly management and delicious cuisine! We come here for breakfast every weekend. Special attention should be paid to the Set1 and Pizza 4 cheeses- portions are appetizing and sufficient to eat (it always remains and we take it with us). The pizza is very tasty, with gorgonzola, that is, real "4 cheeses". Crispy eggplant, delicate, airy texture - I recommend everyone to try it! It is also worth noting the unobtrusive, but attentive and well-located staff. Also a pleasant moment is the bonus program for the application. I definitely recommend you to visit!
