I was on vacation with my daughters.The younger girl is disabled.I want to share my impressions.It's the first time we've traveled so far from home.We are from Karaganda.The road was hard, it was very hot. Upon arrival at the sanatorium, we were well received. The building is beautiful and clean. They asked for the 2nd floor and refused us. They said everything was busy. Although it was discussed on the phone in advance. The girl walks badly and gets tired quickly.There is an elevator, but there are a lot of people and you have to wait a long time. There are many procedures, but they are mostly paid.The free ones are very simple, which can be obtained at the place of residence.We wanted to get a massage, which is prescribed in the documents.It turned out not to be allowed.Our girl received very few procedures, although she endured such a journey. On the last day, we were forced to vacate the room, although we ate only in the evening.Lunch was offered for money.It turns out that lunch is not included on the day of departure.We went hungry to the train station much earlier with a disabled child.And we sat at the station until evening, and dined there in the heat. Although we didn't have time for dinner and a late dinner before that.There were always portions left.All this is not taken into account.If you do not have time for dinner or lunch, they do not leave hot food, although they promise. There are no refrigerators or kettles in the rooms. In general, we sometimes ate cold food from the store.In general, there are a lot of disadvantages.The bathrobes that are given on arrival were also asked for themselves.They didn't give me a towel at all. The TV in the room was made for 2 days.The socket melted and was not done.
I want to praise the girl working on the Sharpo shower and the circular shower. I also really liked the sensory room and the neuropathologist.

We rested in the Bagsy sanatorium, cleanliness,good cuisine,all the staff is polite, but for us people with greed there are very few procedures that are given for free, we are traveling from far away in the hope of getting at least some kind of treatment, those procedures that are needed for a fee, of course we thank you for giving several paid procedures as a gift. The procedures are more hardware, which can be obtained at the clinic.

The room is nice, cozy, clean. In general, we are very happy with the weekend, one nuance is the tile in the shower in the room, it is very slippery, our child fell, well, there are problems with the light, it was often turned off, but this is all over the village, not only at the base. At the moment I am in a sanatorium, the guys have nothing to compare the service 5 out of 5, the treatment 5 out of 5, and the cuisine is simply not very tasty and useful, I have not walked around the territory yet, but they say there is somewhere to walk, everything is just super, Almaty is far away and this is a big plus clean air and I almost forgot my own a well with mineral water.

A former Soviet pioneer camp. The upper building is completely for children (rooms for 3-5 beds). The lower building is adult, the rooms are better. There is a dining room (I often skip breakfasts and dinners, but lunch is delicious and to the slaughter).
There is a cafe — coffee beans from a coffee machine (mmm), pastries, burgers, pizza. There's also Wi-Fi, slow but working.
Among the activities there is a good swimming pool, mountain air and mountains nearby.
Of the minuses, it's easy to go from here to the city, 500 tg and you're on Tole Bi. You can't find taxi drivers back, you go from Altyn Orda to Yandex taxi for 5000.
