You come for a barbecue, and you end up in a theater where the main actors are: — A contemplative kebab man who smokes at the barbecue with the air of a Buddhist monk who has learned the frailty of existence. He doesn't roast meat, but "torments" it, apparently, so that you have time to read "War and Peace". — A bartender boy whose knowledge of the menu is comparable to mine in quantum physics. For every question, he disappears behind the wall, like the hero of the X-Files, and returns with a mysterious: "They said it will be soon." — The flies are the true owners of the establishment. They fly over the tables, taste salads and obviously know the wine list better than the bartender. Service: dishes are served in the style of "who's good at what." Your order can be given to the neighbors, and their compote can be given to you. This is not a mistake, but a "Guess what you ordered?!" quest. Shish kebab is served in parts: first, bread (so as not to starve), after half an hour onions (for mood), then meat (already cold). Atmosphere: it smells of smoke, freedom and light despair. The interior is "post-Soviet chic": wooden benches with a hint of former luxury, tables bearing the traces of everyone who cried here from a long wait.
