I would especially like to note the kindness, friendliness and responsiveness of the receptionists. The hotel itself and the room stock correspond to the price-quality ratio. I got one star for the breakfast in the hotel (buffet), which was included in the price. It's possible that we were just unlucky, but all the dishes didn't look very fresh and didn't taste good at all. The very case when it would have been better not to have them 🙈 Nevertheless, the hotel left a pleasant impression, thanks to the administrators who hospitably welcomed us in a previously unknown country )

The service is average. the staff was acceptable, not rude. The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are average. The rooms are kept clean, recently renovated, and the bathroom is excellent. There is not enough atmosphere. We arrived there at 3 a.m. (the room was purchased the previous night), we were told that some kind of mistake had occurred, and that they could not check in. We ordered a taxi to a more damaged hotel in their network for the hotel's money, and the next night we were checked in as planned. It wasn't the most pleasant setup on their part.
