Over time, the level of service began to drop, which was disappointing, but the proximity to the office and regular promotions still made us regular customers. At the Gorky branch, we first got acquainted with the disgusting service. The branch on Novomoskovskaya Street completely discouraged the desire to enter these stores. Updated on 06/28/2023. I had to go in for milk. I wanted to take a pack from the shelf, but a fat cockroach ran right through this package (( I was scared. I confirm my opinion about this store and lower the star also for unsanitary conditions.

I'm almost sure that everything is in stock, there is an assortment, but they are probably too lazy to go and bring it. The cash register system is very inconvenient. One of the two doesn't work forever. Also, a queue is going to wait until the cashier weighs everything - you get tired of waiting. Maybe you should take a closer look at your competitors - how does it all work? Free-standing scales, came up, weighed what was needed and went to the cash register. It's a small thing, but it's convenient. I ask the management to pay attention to the work with the staff.
