A wonderful legend about the origin of the recipes, wonderful staff (well-trained, inconspicuous, but very attentive). Besides, when I flew to Tbilisi for a couple of days, I was terrified of food. It's delicious, but very monotonous and heavy. And Barbarestan is a deeply and almost molecularly processed classic that leaves you wanting to try other dishes.
