The shrimp shakshuka ordered for breakfast was disappointing. It's a classic, but performed by a local chef, it was practically inedible. The yolk was completely "killed" — overcooked to a solid ball, which completely deprived the dish of its creamy texture. I would call the service "Courtesy with a touch of Audacity." Technically, the service was good — the dishes were brought quickly, the dishes were cleaned on time. However, communication with the waiter left an unpleasant aftertaste due to his openly insolent and dismissive tone. To my comment about the dish, the response was full of snobbery: "That's how our chef sees it, and 75% of the customers don't even know what shakshuka is." Such an answer is absolutely unacceptable. In an expensive restaurant, you expect professionalism and a willingness to accept criticism from the staff, not sarcasm and arrogant hints about the incompetence of the client or, worse, your own chef. And yes, no one even offered a glass of champagne on the breakfast menu.

I've only been to this place twice, two years apart. Absolutely nothing has changed, unfortunately. The problems are the same. The disgusting service, the sour and arrogant faces of the waiters, the excessively long wait for the dishes, although the summer terrace and the halls inside were almost empty. The dishes waited at least 30-40 minutes, even the basic salads. But in the end, the dishes were served cold and not tasty. The appearance of the dish for more than a thousand rubles left much to be desired. I repeat, I have been in this institution for a long time and there have been zero changes in such a long time. I don't know where the administration of the institution is looking, there are more than enough negative reviews to start taking at least some measures. Naturally, this was my last straw.
