Certainly, here’s a detailed and negative review in English regarding the theft of money by the hotel staff and the management’s lack of response: Horrible Experience – Staff Steals Money and Management Does Nothing I am absolutely appalled by my recent stay at this hotel. The experience was not only unpleasant, but it also felt unsafe. I had some money stolen from my room by hotel staff, and when I reported it to the management, they completely ignored my concerns and failed to take any action. To give you a full picture: I checked into the hotel and placed a small amount of cash in the safe provided in the room. When I returned, I noticed the money was missing. I immediately informed the front desk and asked them to investigate. The staff did not seem surprised or concerned, and their response was completely unhelpful. They claimed to “check the cameras” but never followed up with me. No one from management ever reached out to discuss the situation or offer any explanation. What was even more disturbing was the clear lack of accountability. It was evident that the hotel staff were involved, yet no one seemed to care. Management never addressed the issue or apologized for the inconvenience. Instead, they brushed me off and acted as if I was overreacting. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable for a business that is supposed to provide a safe and secure environment for its guests. I felt betrayed not just by the staff, but also by the management, who chose to cover up the incident rather than take responsibility and resolve the situation. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice. Not only is the staff dishonest, but the management does nothing to protect guests from theft or address complaints. Very nice hotel, delicious European breakfasts. Comfortable rooms, constant reception support — they will prompt and tell you everything. The spa area is quite small, but also pleasant — two small baths and a swimming pool. There are different restaurants inside, starbucks, at least don't leave the hotel.

Overall, the hotel is good. On the ninth floor there is a gym and a swimming pool. There is an acceptable bar in the lobby. There is a good menu for breakfast, freshly squeezed juices. WiFi is available throughout the hotel at a good speed.
