Great place, unique atmosphere, neon, has a view. The waiters, hookah drinkers are polite, pleasant people - they served well, without complaints. At the entrance, the girl behind the counter was nice, polite, and explained how to do it without any problems. The guards do their job professionally and keep order. Overall, I liked it, so 5 stars! I advise anyone who is considering this place to visit. While I was there, I didn't notice any strange, drunken antics of people or obscene screams, fights, and the like.
