The owner is Russian. The rooms are not cleaned (so theft is excluded). There is no guest area or swimming pool. The deposit is 1500b. The renovation is very old. But it's okay for this money. The first line is the biggest plus of this place. They mostly work according to fortune, they are paid by tour operators 200 baht / day, so everything is in such a state.
