We have already stayed at this hotel 2 times. The rooms are clean and cozy. In the junior suites, TV with Internet, the speed is good. We haven't been to the standard rooms, so I can't say anything about them.The staff is friendly. There are steam rooms and a clean heated pool. It's nice to swim in the evening. There is one thing! Breakfasts are not included, they must be paid separately 2000 tenge per person. The hotel is not cheap, we could make breakfast free.

+Good location, there is a park, cafes, shops nearby. Cleanliness for 5 people, excellent breakfast, sauna, swimming pool, tea, coffee around the clock. -The rooms in the old block are a little outdated, it is better to take them in the new block.

It looks like a new hotel, but it's not made so-so. The toilet stinks of sewage. There is no food in the hotel itself, they offer to order, they asked for help with orders (tell them where to order), the administrator politely hung up the phone. We arrived at the hotel at 15:40, the room was not ready. Paid breakfast, very poor.

I do not recommend it. The carpet is dirty. The rooms have 2 single beds (one is too many, and each bed is too small individually). The toilets smell eerily of smoking. The shelves are dirty. Outdoor pool (for an amateur). Below expectations.
