I bought sandals in this store. I put them on for the first time for 2 hours, my legs (fingers, ankles, feet) were heavily stained black. I tried to wipe it with a cloth, it turned completely black. The second time I put it on for half a day, then my patience broke, my legs were all black, I went to give it up as a marriage. To which I was told that this was normal and there would hardly be a refund. To pay 200 rubles to be shy to take off your shoes at a party so that passers-by can see black heels??? Alo, Barocco, this is not a boring quality. I'll write later than the story ends.

I brought it to hand over on 04/01/2014, of course, they accepted it, but the money turned out to be returned, they say, it was stitched there and the fact that the board was peeled off, God help him, this is not a marriage. They replied with a letter, I brought it after the warranty period, allegedly forgetting that, according to the law, spring shoes, and all - the warranty begins on March 15. In general, an unexpected and terrible attitude. Now go to the housing and communal services and courts....they see that the shoes are coming apart, but they don't want to take them back. I don't advise anyone...

On July 1, 2023, she purchased sandals at the shopping center store*Green City* in the shoe LLC "Baroque" With a warranty period of 30 days, the marriage manifested itself after 60 days - the sole simply peeled off in places. I 've worn sandals 7 times ! The store employees immediately sent.... for a paid examination, which (for a moment) costs like a pair of expensive shoes from this store. In the near future I will contact the store with a claim. Let's see how the management will resolve the situation. Everything was fine with the service and the shoes, but the situation is so-so ...
PS Everything was successfully resolved. They returned the money, but also not without incidents.

We ordered a pair of shoes from their website, and the shoes came to the pick-up point initially with a marriage. And they also tried to charge 20 rubles for delivery. The quality of the shoes themselves is terrible, and it's definitely not leather, as they claim.
