We stayed at this hotel in August 2025. Good location near the Pattaya Center shopping center. Leaving the hotel, you can immediately enter the shopping center, which has everything you need for food, clothes, entertainment, and so on. The hotel itself is well worth the money. The breakfasts are normal, the rooms are cleaned every day. My family and I enjoyed it.

We already stayed at this hotel 11 years ago. Therefore, they did not hesitate when they decided to live in the center. Excellent location near the shopping center. It is convenient to go out on either 1st or 2nd street. The staff is friendly, the concierges and the receptionists are always smiling. The rooms are cleaned every day and there is always a wet cleaning. Always clean towels. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days out of 16 days. The rest was just an overnight stay. Breakfast was taken for several days when there was no time to go somewhere. Normal breakfasts, you will not stay hungry, but you will get tired of eating monotonously. So it's better to take only accommodation after all. We've only been to the pool a couple of times, a clean, normal pool. It is very unpleasant to observe the attitude of Chinese tourists - in front of us, the children ate watermelon and spat into the pool. My parents noticed this only when we clearly began to look indignantly. And so they just stood aside. We recommend the hotel. Greetings to the staff from the girl who lost her glasses by the pool🤗 I must say that they were found and returned upon departure.

I was thinking of putting 2 and 3. A huge plus of this hotel is its location! Between the first and second streets, right in front of the Festival Center!!!. Another advantage is the staff. Very attentive, responsive, without complaints. On the downside, it's a sooo old hotel. Rooms with a balcony are much more expensive, we had one without a balcony, things were not sent at all, they were dried on the beach. The pool, I don't know how to put it mildly. I have problems with my legs. I went down into it, and somehow got out with the help of tears. Metal ladders are high from the floor and a long distance from above, besides the screams are also broken, and both are two. The breakfasts were normal, the rooms were cleaned every day, but so-so. And another huge disadvantage is cockroaches. For about 4 or 5 days, we got them killed. We didn't go to the pool anymore, but to the Festival center and just walk around the city every evening. So it's up to you to decide what to choose and what to turn a blind eye to.
