Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed twice without any problems. The pool is small but clean and there are plenty of sun beds. The store in the basement is just love. If I listed the advantages: convenient location to the entire infrastructure and to the sea too, taxi always and without problems, my room on the 32nd floor had more advantages on the city:you can see parks, a yacht club, tree houses, Winter shopping center, Summer and beyond the sea. It's not noisy from the street, and I haven't heard any neighbors. Everything was working in the room, there was a table and 2 seats on the large balcony, as well as a clothes dryer, and they had time to clean up while I was at sea and even while I was at breakfast) The minus in my opinion is breakfast! - well, it's too meager and the same thing. However, there are so many food outlets around, and a supermarket on the 1st floor, that this minus almost ruined my vacation.
