Maybe according to reviews in 2019, the service was maintained at the hotel, but in 2023 I fled it with horror and moved to another hotel with an additional payment of 600 USD, which I do not regret. I have experience traveling to Asian countries with hotels of different stars and it pulls a maximum of a budget three. Thai and Indonesian 3 stars are much better than these 4. Of the advantages: Good location Delicious toothpaste If you get rooms with sea views, it doesn't seem like a bad view within Dadonghai. I couldn't find any more advantages. Minuses: Terrible dirt, they can't even wash the floors properly in the fae, everything is stained, what can we say about the rooms at all. In fai, you can periodically see cigarette butts on the floor. The room stock is tired, the windows have not been washed for ages, there is a universal layer of dust under the bathroom. The staff does not communicate in English at all, this is not terrible, considering that Russian-speaking guides are on duty in hotels, nevertheless, as a fact. The Chinese don't speak much English at all. Three elevators are not enough for 36 floors. You can wait for it for a long time, especially during peak hours. The breakfasts are not European, they are aimed at Chinese tourists. It resembles an untidy dining room, you don't want to come there. The internet did not work on the floor, only in the lobby. Russian-speaking tourists complained about the pressure of the water and the drain in the bathroom. As a result, I recommend considering other hotels in Dadonghai with an additional payment of 20-40 thousand and not spoil your vacation :)

We had a family vacation, the location is perfect!!! That's what we were most interested in. We were settled on the 22nd floor with a view of the mountains. The check-in process was smooth with an online translator. One large bed and one and a half beds, the room is +-clean, there are beach towels, the hairdryer is not very good, but it is there. Teapot. Fumigator (not required). Three elevators certainly can hardly handle so many people. But overall, it's not too stressful. The reception is on the 6th floor. A huge number of cafes in the area left 5000 rubles as collateral. We took a hotel without breakfast, you can eat at the Sanya cafe (around the clock)We ate up to 50 on 2bzr and 1b(9), and there were cool beef tortillas across the street in a Chinese eatery, along with fruits. Nearby is a starbucks with coffee and the usual breakfasts. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea. Pineapple is about 15 minutes away. There is a small supermarket on the 1st floor.

We took our mats, put a towel for the beach in the hotel right in the room. There are very strong waves on this beach, we never swam, we always went to Xiaodonghai beach by taxi for 17 yuan (10-15 min) from the hotel. The bottom of the Xiaodonghai Sea is rocky, it hurts to swim without slippers. The hotel does not have a gym, although the description states that it does. All the furniture is old, the towel rail is broken in the toilet, the bed backs are shabby, they don't give soap. There is no transfer to the beach. It's not that it's not 5*, it's not even 4*. Solid 3* Cigarette butts are lying everywhere at the reception near the sofa, near the elevators, although everywhere there are signs saying "smoking is prohibited". There is no safe in the room, the pool is small on the 6th floor. The hotel does not match the photos at all.

Отдыхали в январе с 9 по 23 ,всё очень понравилось, милые номера ,красивый вид с балкона на город, вечером всё зажигается разноцветными огнями, номера чистые,приборка ежедневно,в номерах тихо, соседей не слышно, постельное бельё и полотенца белоснежные,питание конечно больше рассчитано на местных жителей,но голодными мы не уходили .Все пишут ,что долго ждут лифт ,но нас это не напрягало, больше 2-3 минут не ждали. Отель очень удачно расположен близко от моря ,5 минут и Вы на море..У отеля есть свои зонтики и лежаки на пляже,но их не много,иногда удавалось на них отдыхать,но в основном они были заняты ,но это не проблема,рядом в пляжных кафешках берёшь сок и отдыхай на лежаке хоть целый день..В отеле есть отельные гиды говорящие по русски, это очень удобно, всё проблемы которые возникают ,помогают решить.. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель .Спасибо за комфортный отдых!!! P.S Очень за Вас переживаем , скорее побеждайте этот вирус ,и мы снова к Вам приедем отдыхать !!! Удачи Вам и процветания !!

The cleaning itself is terrible, only in the center of the room, all the rest of the dirt lay first of rest and to the end. The girls' reception is terrible, they don't want to work. The room had windows facing the sea, you can hear everything from the street, even with the windows closed at night. Maybe it's quieter on the other side of the building, I don't know. Conclusion: if you rest and do not bother, you can go, price is quality, everything is tolerable and tolerable.

Хороший отель, номера очень уютные. Нас заселили в угловой номер с видом на море и город. Очень удобно. Обслуживание отличное. Из минусов это периодический запах канализации в ванне. Шкафы уже изношенные и холодильник, который живёт своей жизнью - может охлаждать и неожиданно отключиться. Все эти проблемы можно было решить, но на ресепшене говорят только по китайски. В принципе даже все эти мелочи не испортили общее позитивное впечатление от отеля. Ещё есть нюанс - на такой большой отель всего 3 лифта. Во время завтрака бывает час пик и тяжеловато ими воспользоваться. А в целом очень даже хороший отель, удобное расположение - до моря 5 минут неспешным шагом. Есть зонтики и лежаки.

Три раза была в Санье, и всегда выбираю этот отель. Жила на 13, 32 и в этом году на 23 этаже. Есть номера с видом на море и видом на город, с балконом. Номера все большие, удобные. Убирают чисто, белье хорошего качества. Кровати просто огромные!! Полотенце и банное и для лица очень мягкие!Есть полотенце для пляжа. Нет никаких насекомых. На завтрак большой выбор блюд. У отеля на пляже свои лежаки. До пляжа 5 минут ходьбы. Пляж чистый. Отель отличный, советую!! Оставляла и технику и деньги, не воруют!

Отель расположен очень удобно!Хороший.Если поеду еще вернусь в него же.Для справки,Магазины Зима Лето в 3 мин.Ананас в 8 мин.Нужно просто при выходе с отеля повернуть налево,перейти через дорогу, пойти метров 100 справа будет дорогой Лето,пройти через магазин ( сквозные двери) выйти на улицу из магазина и перед нами тц Зима.Там большые буквы Эрмитаж ресторан.В этом здании и есть магазин, где все и отовариваются))Ананас - вдоль парка,и идти дальше мимо не пройдете. Мы когда обнаружили этот маршрут на 3 день очень смеялись,что ходили "огородами".До моря тоже близко.Еда через дорогу напротив отеля.У Ларисы вкусно.есть все.борщ,котлеты с пюре и конечно все китайское.Напротив Лета,(При выходе с отеля налево не переходя через дорогу )есть у Максима кафе.там вкусно и тоже борщ и пюре,и не доходя до Максима есть маленькое кафе ,там все увешано отзывами.его тоже хвалят,но мы там не были. Номер отличный,30 этаж,с видом на море,но есть одно но,вместо двери в санузел шторка тканевая)))Но мы не стали менять номер,так обошлись.Уборка регулярная.Чисто.Завтраки хорошие.И хлеб и булочки,яичница, супчик рисовый,капуста тушеная,бекон жареный и пр.арбуз))Рекомендую отель!!!Впечатления приятные.

Мы отдыхали в г. Санья в январе 2020 года. В отделе Saww Botique. Barry Boutique Hotel Sanya расположен совсем рядом. Даже встреча с гидом у нас проходила именно в этом отеле на шестом этаже. Здесь же расположен бассейн. Позже мы приходили сюда несколько раз. Можно подняться на лифте, например, на 33 этаж и полюбоваться прекрасными видами на город, горы, море... Проходя к открытым балконам в торце здания отеля один из номеров был открыт. Это был роскошный сравнительно большой номер sea view. Вид с данного номера мне очень понравился. Из бессейна на шестом этаже также немножко виднеется море. На втором этаже есть кальянная. Расположен сам отель очень удобно. На перекрестке. Одна дорога ведёт к пляжу приблизительно метров 50 нужно пройти, вторая - к улице, по которой ходят местные маршрутки. Тоже не далеко - в метрах 100. Третья дорога - улица, на которой масса кафе, в том числе русской кухни и лавочек сувенирных и фруктовых, с одеждой, шляпками сумками и т.д. Эта улица также выводит на главную через ТЦ Лето и далее к парку и к ТЦ Ананас. И четаотная дорога ведёт прямо к парку Олень повернул голову. Мы ходили пешком, но можно и на маршрутке. В общем, о самом отеле мало что могу сказать, а вот расположение очень удобное - рекомендую.

Positive: 1. Good view, at least a floor from 30+ on the city. 2. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, and water are changed in a timely manner every day, 0.5 per person. 3. A wide bed, if you put two together. 4. Good location relative to the city/beach/other parts of Sanya. Better than in other bays. 5. Grocery store right in the hotel. Minuses: 1. Disgusting breakfast, no choice, instead of juice, as if the powder was diluted. From an edible sausage, tomato, cucumber and egg. 2. It is cool at night / in the evenings in December, and the air conditioner does not work for heating. 3. There is no safe and refrigerator, only a cooling cabinet. 4. Some genius, instead of a full-fledged bathroom with walls and a door, came up with just glass partitions. Нам очень понравилось! В номерах чисто, есть все необходимое. Каждый день меняют полотенца и пополняют чай и воду. В ресторане тоже все отлично. Маленький минус это лифт. Иногда его можно ждать по 5 минут.

Отель понравился, вид с 21 этажа был прямо на море! Единственный минус - приходилось долго ждать лифт. Но и это компенсируется крайне удачным территориальным расположением отеля! Все близко, пляж хороший, чистый.

Очень хорошая гостиница. Надо только понимать что это 5, но отель не новый. Номера очень достойные. Расположение очень удачное, до моря 5мин а может и того меньше. Рядом множество кафе и ресторанов. Советую маленькое кафе называется У Лины. Находится рядом с отелем

Расположение норм, жили 33 этаж вид на море. Лифт проблема для такой высотки. Мебель старая. Каналов тв русских нет. Закачен один фильм на русском. Завтраки однообразные, выбор слабоват В общем отель три звезды так говорят и гиды. Не стоит таких денег
